Healing through reconnection to ourselves.
‘The air is chill. Mother Earth has blanketed herself in white, a sign of the season of maturity, of aging and a time for passing of old things and old ways. A time of renewal is about to commence. Her plants are in readiness, they have read the air, the soil and the temperatures to come, they have conversed with the moon and they send up the medicines for the coming times.
‘We wait to see Her work, whether a tree will mysteriously weep the dark rich blood of their sap, or if there will be an abundance of Fennel or Queen Anne’s lace or Yarrow on the roadside. Already the Earth has recognized the ills of man, She brings forth the medicines required before they are needed and gives man the signs of what is to come so he may live in harmony and good health to carry out his duties as caretakers of this land.
‘We do not own this land, this land owns us, we are born of the elements of the Earth and our bodies return to Her upon our deaths.
‘When we pay attention, we hear Mother Earth talk of the nature of her being, the love of her people and her land, and of all things that She created and has cared for throughout the many cycles of her existence. It is the voice of our Mother that guides us, when we listen, we become one with the Earth, we fulfil our purpose of existence, we become Aboriginal.’

Based in the understanding that connection to culture creates identity, EMC2 is a teaching organisation and cultural centre based in the original healing practices of the Earth including Reiki and Seichiem.
Our individual culture has been handed down through our ancestors and elders of each indigenous culture whose belief systems and practices, although varied, are based in the same information. When we reconnect to ourselves through our own unique cultures, we understand who we are and why we are here, our purpose.
The role of EMC2 is to bring remembering and assist in finding connection to the ancient cultural knowledge held within us and to give knowledge of how to find our identity. Through this we lessen the need for addictive behaviour and address the craving many feel when searching for that elusive ‘thing’ that will complete us.
Ancient healing knowledge is shared, and tools are given to allow each person to begin to heal themselves and take responsibility for their own healing.
